Phil Ortega Testimony for B’nai Shalom

Psalms 121 says, "I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand. The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor th...e moon by night. The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore."

This is my favorite verse in the books of poetry. When the Psalmist wrote these words, I believe he wrote them for me!

Living in Washington State I have the honor of being able to see Mt. Rainier from my house! The majesty of this mountain that is snow capped all year long is but a small glimps of my God and what he is to us His children. Yes I am but a speck in the whole picture but I have a God that made me and I know that He does not make mistakes! Therefore, You and I are the likeness of who he is! Can you believe the magnitude of this statement?

B'Nai Shalom was not placed where it is at this time, for nothing! We are here for the purpose of His will, at His time, in His world! The magnitude of this is overwhelming, to say the least!

We, my Brothers and Sisters are here at this moment in time for a reason. Do you know what that reason is? Do you know what part you play in where we are in history? If you are a Jew, you are in the right place at the right time. If you are a Gentile, thank you for helping us to open our eyes!

I see B'Nai Shalom as the foundation for the benefit of His chosen people. We, you and I are the beginning of the end! I don't say this in a bad way, but in a good way! You and I are at the beginning of the gathering of the people of Yisrael! We are at the end of the last Mitzrayim and at the beginning of the first day of freedom!

If you are not ready, then I pray that you will open your eyes and prepare. Let us stand on the rooftops and proclaim Yeshua Lord. Let us reach out to our Brothers and Sisters of Jewish descent and welcome them to the table with Yeshua Ha'Maschiach at the head! The spotless lamb, the King of Yisrael, the Savior of mankind.
